In 2019, the "Hangzhou on the Bite of the Tongue" Kitchen God Contest, the first season of the Thousand Island Lake Fish Head King PK Contest, the Yuhang Contest, will start on the 16th in Tangqi Ancient Town Scenic Area. Professional chefs and folk experts compete in different competitions and show their unique skills. They cook the fish heads with special characteristics.

The competition is divided into two groups: professional group and non-governmental group, with 8 players from each group competing together. The chefs in the professional group show their special skills, such as stewing, braising in brown sauce, and coloring with sugar … the players in the folk group are in an orderly way, cooking, cooking oil, and serving fish heads … each dish is appetizing!

After the dishes are cooked, 4 professional judges and 20 public review will score the dishes. By combining the two scores, the player with the highest score in the professional group and the folk group will be selected respectively.

After a tense review, the "Fish Head King" of Yuhang Division was released.Wang Yuanxing's "Mountain and Water" won the first prize in this professional group competition. As well as Gao Xiane's "Silkworm Village Fish Head" from Tangqi, won the first prize of the folk group.
